1618 Olden sewing store is excellent. The front store staff is good, and a young white Karen in the pharmacy talks to the customers very friendly and smiling. She’s nice. I’m giving her a 10/10.

She knows her job, works well with co-workers and, most of all, has patience for the customers. It seems like it would not matter how difficult they would be. She could handle it.
The security at the NE 33rd Ave in PDX was profiling me from the moment I entered to purchase my Pedialyte. I am trying to understand why. I have been a customer of CVS for over 20 years. His gaze was so over the top that I turned around to give him the finger snap/point because he was acting so ridiculous. If he was supposed to be intimidating, he failed. He looks like a character from Napoleon Dynamite. According to my receipt, this was Aug 25th, 2023, at 5:20-5:25.

Great service. The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly. He transferred and filled my prescription. The CVS pharmacy that I usually go to was closed indefinitely.
CVS Pharmacy visited on 1 September was EMPTY. One gentleman was in the RX pick-up line, and after waiting 5 minutes, not counting his waiting time, I enquired to a clerk who was clacking away on a computer, obscured behind a shoulder-height counter, “Will be with you shortly”. The pharmacist offered a somewhat “annoyed” reply, “There are only 2 of us here, so we’ll be with you shortly”. EMPTY store at 9:15 AM on Labor Day, 1 September, 2 paying clients in line, 2 CVS employees and neither could take time to take our money and give us our prescriptions. I’ve been a CVS shrank elder for many years, through ups & downs, mergers, government interference and clients bailing, thanks to Bezos & Cuban. I hope this Centerville, MA, store is first in line when the following closures are announced.

Today, I started out being a dad experience until Blake approached me. I told him I was paralyzed and needed extra attention when others at the same store ignored that I couldn’t get out and come inside but needed my seizure medicine Pronto. Again, Blake was my blessing here today.

My experience at the CVS in the Target store on Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, OH, was as excellent as usual. The ladies who work in this location are 100% on the job all the time. I went to the CVS in Riverside (Haverhill), MA. I had a good experience and wanted you to know I had bought an item, brought it home, and realised it was not what I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager, Tina, and she said to bring it in for credit. We want you to be happy. Any employee I spoke to during my time there has been beneficial, 100%!!
Our CVS store in Pendleton, Indiana, is always clean, well stocked, with accommodating staff in the pharmacy and the front of the store.
Coupons received with receipts are useless and waste paper and trees. Vouchers are only good for a week and on most products that I don’t buy every week. SHORTEN YOUR RECEIPTS.
I tried yo use a coupon for $5 Off $40 purchase good till 9/22. It was not accepted. Cashier didn’t know why. I purposely bought things to make the $40. Very disappointing.

I made an appt for my husband to get the COVID booster & and myself to get the flu and COVID shot on Monday, 9/18, @ noon at the Zebulon Road location. I got my confirmation for both. When I went to get it, the clerk told me I was only scheduled for the flu & and that she couldn’t give me the Covid. I asked if I could get my husband’s COVID-19, and he could make a new appt for later since I was fixing to go out of town. She said, ” no…CVS doesn’tdoesn’t work that way!” I tried to find my conf but couldn’t at the time. I made another appt for the next day. She told my husband he couldn’t even get his since he was on Medicare & and would have to go to his Doctor. But then she said there was no charge for the shot. Makes no sense! After I got home from 2nd appt, I found the confirmation stating I WAS scheduled for flu AND COVID-19 on the 18th. But just let it pass. Until I went to another CVS location to use the $5 off coupon, they gave me & and found out that it was an expired coupon! The clerk graciously went ahead & and gave me the $5 off. It just seems none of this was handled excellently.
